The continental breakfast satisfied the whole family daily - it was fresh and well presented. A machine was available during breakfast for tea/coffee to help yourself. The apartment was comfortable and well located within the complex with easy access to the pool and bar. Plenty of sun beds to accommodate all guests and the whole family enjoyed the pool table and table tennis, which was available at our leisure. The cleaners cleaned the apartment daily and provided plenty of fresh towels. The two balconies of the apartment were a bonus and books were readily available in the apartment, which was great as I had forgotten to pack a book! The free shuttle bus was handy for us to find our bearings for the first couple of days but if the times weren't convenient as the holiday went on, it was easy to pick up a cheap Uber to get into Carvoeiro or locations nearby. Hired a car from reception for a few days and the process was easy. We loved exploring the area and there was free parking in the complex. The staff at Colina da Lapa were accommodating and were extremely helpful prior to, and throughout our stay, organising our airport transfers for example. We loved Colina da Lapa and would love to return to stay in a villa next time. We felt very safe. It has a couple of lovely restaurants within walking distance but it was not difficult to travel a short distance to Carvoeiro if you wanted more of the busyness and entertainment. The Slide and Splash water park was very convenient and we had an excellent day. It was perfect for us as a family; suitable for all ages. Would recommend.

It was easy to get taxis to nearby locations and the staff were incredibly helpful in telling us about the local area. The apartment itself was clean and tidy with useful amenities such as an iron, cooking essentials and a TV with many channels. The room service also made the beds and provided clean towels everyday which was great. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We stayed for 3 nights but would definitely stay for longer next time!

The staff were exceptionally helpful, enhancing my experience with their attentive service. The spacious accommodations were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat. Although the location required a short drive to the beach, the stunning views and peaceful environment made it worthwhile. The outdoor swimming pool was a great addition, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Algarve.

Everything, the villa was like something out of a movie. The space was brilliant and you had your own area that wasn't too close to other villas. The pool was a good size and the outside chairs, sunbeds and bbq area were well kept and a great addition to the place Taxi's were easy to hire and the small towns around Colina are only a 5-10 min taxi ride away. Great location to be out of the way but close enough for evening meals and drinks

The villa was huge with lots of space for the children to run around. The garden contained a pool, jacuzzi, brick barbecue and outside sink. We were situated at the end of the row and had almost complete privacy. The staff were friendly and happy to help with any issues we had. A free minibus took us into Carvoeiro or to a local beach.
